2. Privacy policy (GDPR)

We process personal data you give us through this site — name, company, email, phone and shipment details — solely to prepare quotes, arrange transport and communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for marketing follow-ups, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We share shipment data only with the carriers and partners executing your transport, and only to the extent needed. We do not sell data. Data is stored within the EU and kept no longer than required by tax and commercial law, after which it is deleted.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing, at any time via [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority (AZOP).

3. Cookie policy

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It does keep a log of anonymous visit and download statistics (page address, referrer, time, screen size and a random visitor ID generated in your browser) so we can see which information is useful to visitors. The visitor ID is not linked to any name, email or enquiry, and you can stop this logging at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or blocking the /assets/tracker.js script. If full analytics are added later, this policy and a consent banner will be updated accordingly.

4. Scope of service & liability

Roko Agencija operates as a freight brokerage (intermediary) arranging transport with third-party carriers. Road transport is executed under the CMR Convention; the applicable carrier's terms apply alongside ours. Liability limitations under CMR apply unless all-risk cargo insurance has been expressly agreed and documented in the booking confirmation.

Quotes given through this site are indicative until confirmed in writing as a binding booking confirmation. Transit times are planning guidance, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly agreed.
