1. BROKERAGE & TRANSPORT LICENCES

 · EU Community Licence — international road haulage operations under
   Regulation (EC) No 1070/2009. Licence number: [insert before publishing].
   Held by the company and verified for every dispatched carrier.
 · Croatian registration — freight brokerage / spediter activity registered
   with the competent Croatian ministry and entered in the Commercial Court
   register in Zagreb.
 · Industry standing — active member of Croatian logistics and forwarding
   industry associations.

2. STANDARDS & PROCESSES

 · ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management across booking, dispatch and
   claims handling.
 · AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) — internal self-assessment complete,
   application prepared; customs processes run to AEO standards meanwhile.
 · CMR Convention — every shipment moves under CMR documentation; e-CMR
   available on supported lanes.
 · GDPR — registered data handling, data-processing agreements with shippers
   and carriers as standard; supervisory authority: AZOP (Croatia).

3. DANGEROUS GOODS (ADR)

 · ADR freight is placed only with carriers holding valid ADR driver
   certificates and DGSA oversight, for classes 2-9, packed and tank.
 · Equipment, classification and documentation checked before loading;
   DGSA-reviewed paperwork on every ADR load.

4. TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED & PHARMA

 · Reefer partners operate calibrated temperature recorders; temperature
   records supplied with the POD on request.
 · GDP-grade handling available for pharmaceutical lanes.

5. ORIGINALS & VERIFICATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Copies of original licences and certificates (signed PDF) are issued on
request — docs@rokoagencija.com. Carrier-specific documents (community
licence, ADR certificates, insurance policies) are verified at source before
a carrier's first load and re-verified continuously; a lapsed document means
immediate removal from the network.
