1. HOW COVER WORKS ON A ROKO LOAD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Every shipment is carried under the CMR Convention by a carrier we have
vetted. Roko Agencija is your single contractual partner and remains
responsible for the execution of the load; the cover below sits on top of
that framework.

2. OUR OWN COVER (BROKER LIABILITY)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 · Professional indemnity / errors & omissions for brokerage activity —
   EUR 1,000,000 per claim, with a leading EU insurer
   (policy no. [insert before publishing]).
 · Certificate of insurance issued in our name, available on request.

3. CARGO COVER WE ARRANGE FOR YOU
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 · All-risk cargo insurance up to EUR 300,000 per shipment, arranged per
   load on request — recommended for electronics, pharma, fresh produce and
   any consignment worth more than standard CMR liability.
 · Where all-risk cover is not taken, standard CMR carrier liability applies
   (8.33 SDR per kg). We always show you the difference in euros before you
   choose.

4. CARRIER VERIFICATION (EVERY LOAD)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 · Carrier CMR liability insurance confirmed directly with the insurer —
   never accepted from a PDF in an email signature.
 · Licence, insurance validity and claims history re-checked continuously;
   a lapsed policy means immediate removal from the network.
 · Certificate of insurance for the specific vehicle available before
   loading, on request.

5. CLAIMS — WHAT HAPPENS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 1. Report the issue to dispatch within 24 hours (photos, CMR remarks).
 2. We open a claim file the same day and coordinate carrier, insurer and
    surveyor where needed.
 3. Average resolution: 9 working days, with written updates twice a week
    until closed.
 4. Where all-risk cargo cover applies, settlement runs through the cargo
    policy — not against carrier liability limits.

6. CERTIFICATES

Certificates of insurance — ours and the dispatched carrier's — are issued
per shipment on request: docs@rokoagencija.com.
